This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Erie is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Erie follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The flavor of this food is incredible. The spot is zero frills and carry out only, but open pretty late. The service is warm and you can see the focus is the love of the food. Well worth a visit!

Biryani Bowl GOOD - Food - world class, fresh cooked to order - price was fair for the excellent quality, big portion BAD - "hole in the wall" take out, slow with order - neither factors impact review as I didn't dine in and quality was worth the wait. First and foremost, BB is 100% a take out business (I didn't know this so it caught me off guard) Yes, you will wait if you don't pre order and yes, the space needs tons of work. That all being said, the food was amazing. The spice was delicious and hot. Every bite was a flavor bomb you will enjoy. If you have a sensitive tongue, definitely go light spice. But if you can handle a spice adventure, I highly recommend it, it's wonderful. Try to use my menu photos and call this order in or you will be waiting 30 minutes if you order when you get there. If you plan it right and you show up 30 minutes later after CALLING, you'll grab your food and be very happy. You can get the standard Tiki marsala or butter chicken. But staff wisely pushed me toward trying a Biryani bowl with chicken and it was amazing. The appetizer samosa stuffed with mashed potato was also incredible.

We did take out tonight and they really served excellent biryani and pilaf. The mutton and chicken biriyani were fall off the bone and very flavorful. Each dish tasted different unlike other Indian restaurants where the dishes taste the same. The chili garlic chicken was also really good. The vegi fried rice was more of an indo/chinese take and was great. The portion sizes were good too.

Biryani bowl has been a pleasant experience for me. Being a sweet-tooth, I ordered their double ka meetha- the sweet melted in my mouth. Their biryani was delicious as well. Definitely worth visiting!
